Exciting News: GGHA Soft Launches New Website & Communication Platform!
 
GGHA is excited to announce that we have soft launched a brand-new website through HOA Start at glenmoorgardens.com.
 
Our current website (glenmoorgardens.org) will continue to exist until late August at which time it will migrate to our HOA Start site.
 
 
This updated site will ensure compliance with California laws governing homeowners associations and
will improve overall efficiency by introducing streamlined processes.  Members will be able to: 
 
  • Opt in to receive Association communications via email allowing the Association to save time and reduce costs
  • Report non-compliance issues online enabling the Association to manage them more efficiently
  • Submit and track architectural review requests using an automated process improving efficiency and reducing administrative costs
  • Access a range of additional user-friendly features and a mobile app

What's Next?
 
Members currently registered on our existing site or have an email address on file with us
are already approved for membership on the new site. 
An automatic email from HOA Start was sent to these members welcoming them to the new site and requesting a password reset.
This is a legitimate email and provides an easy way to set up your login by following the prompts in the email.
As HOA Start is a completely new platform, registration is required on their site.
If you received an email from HOA Start, please refer to this flyer for more details on gettinng started with HOA Start.
 
 
Members that are not registered on our existing site and do not have an email address on file with us
will need to visit the new site, click on the Register link in the top right corner,
fill out the required fields that appear, and select “Create Account.” 
 
You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail at submission and another
message when your website Administrator approves your registration.
Once you’re approved, you’ll receive a login link via e-mail that directs you to create a password
you’ll use with your e-mail address when you log in the community site.
